Students in the UK are generally very skeptical about faith and religion. LEAD staff will seek to build relationships, have fellowship, and share their faith with students. There are very few college ministries in the UK. The need for intentional evangelism is great, and the prayer is to not miss another generation with the hope of Jesus. 

Students in the UK are either very skeptical about faith and spiritual matters or hold firm beliefs in an opposing religion. LEAD staff who are adaptable, humble, and resolute will serve to strengthen the local churches who are in desperate need for young gospel leaders. This generation of students must be built up for Christ, and LEAD staff play a crucial role in that work.
